See New Zealand’s Natural Wonders with an Audio Guide

September 10th, 2007 · No Comments

LoDingo’s tour of the Waikato, the Cormandel and the Bay of Plenty is sure to remind visitors of why New Zealand is so well-known for its pristine natural landscapes.

The Bay of Plenty is home to some stunning white sand beaches and and an active volcano cone called the White Island.

Just inland of the Bay of Plenty coast, Rotorua is a volcanic region that features bubbling mud pools, gushing geysers and colored silica terraces. The region is of particular importance to the Maori people and if you’re lucky you may have the pleasure of viewing some of their traditional ceremonies.

The agricultural province of Waikato is said to be one of the most picture-perfect areas in New Zealand, and a visit to The Coromandel will reveal a ruggedly beautiful peninsula with a scenic forest that stretches for miles.

LoDingo presents Day Out New Zealand’s guide to Waikato, Coromandel and Bay of Plenty: a tour that will introduce you to the world’s most spectacular natural wonders.
